The following is a room by room breakdown of considerations for you to work through. Where I have sought quotes, the amounts are included below, but with services, we will need to have meetings with the relevant people to determine costs. So as a fist step, you need to decide on the following.

You may prefer to leave this for the moment, but another thought is that we can have it looked at and a plan prepared for Spring planting when the interiors will be finished and the season for gardening has resumed. Let me know - I’d be very keen to get Annie Wilkes in and Gardens by Night to advise and quote on lighting.
